Shipping policy

1. Processing & Dispatch

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day after your order is placed and payment cleared (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed next business day.

  • For items supplied from a warehouse or third-party supplier, allow additional 4-7 business days for dispatch.

  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Items (parts, accessories, apparel)

  • Delivery is typically via Australia Post or a national courier service, costs vary depending on size of package & delivery location.

Bikes, Frames & Bulky Items

  • Bikes and other bulky items (framesets, e-bikes, boxed bikes) are shipped via specialised freight (courier/freight) and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout or quoted separately. Typical premium shipping fee (for example: $150 AUD) may apply for boxed bike delivery.

Regional, Remote & Inter-State Areas

  • For remote regions (WA, NT, far northern QLD) or interstate freight, shipping may take longer and additional fees may apply due to distance/size.

  • Please contact us for a shipping quote if shipping to a remote location.

3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • After dispatch, standard parcels (non-bulky) typically arrive within 2-7 business days for metropolitan areas.

  • Remote and rural locations may take up to 8-10 business days (or more depending on carrier).

  • Bulky bike shipments will have their own estimated delivery timelines, which will be communicated at checkout or after order.

  • Please note: These are estimates only — actual delivery is the responsibility of the courier once the parcel is with them.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

  • Please check the tracking status and ensure someone is available at the delivery address. If no one is home, the courier may leave it at a collection point or apply a redelivery fee — you are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable address.

  • We are not responsible for shipments marked delivered by the courier but not received, unless the claim can be proven.

5. Incorrect Addresses, Missing or Stolen Packages

  • If you input an incorrect delivery address at checkout and the package is returned or lost, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend.

  • If the courier reports a parcel as delivered and you claim non-receipt, a claim may be lodged with the courier but resolution may take up to 21 days or more.

  • We cannot guarantee refund or replacement while the investigation is ongoing.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All orders shipped within Australia are inclusive of GST if applicable.

  • For any international shipping (if applicable), any customs, duties or taxes applied by the receiving country are the buyer’s responsibility. (Currently we only ship Australia-wide unless stated otherwise.)

7. Collection (Click & Collect)

  • We offer the option to pick up your order from our store location if selected at checkout. Orders will be held for collection once you receive a “Ready for Collection” notification.

  • When collecting, please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present ID and your authorisation request.

8. Damage in Transit

  • Please inspect all packages when delivered. If the box is visibly damaged, please take photos of the damage before opening and contact us immediately.

  • Save all packaging materials and goods as the courier may require them for a damage claim.

  • We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs after the parcel is in transit. You should file a claim with the shipping carrier in the first instance.

9. Exclusions & Restrictions

  • Some items, brands or models may be unable to be shipped interstate or to certain locations due to manufacturer/dealer agreements. If shipping is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or refund.

  • P.O. Boxes cannot be used for bikes and bulky freight items — a physical street address is required.

10. Changes to Shipping Policy

  • We reserve the right to amend this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in force will be the version published on the website on the date of your order.
